MR. INGRAM graduated from Westside High School in 1977. Thereafter he worked in his family’s business, Richard Ingram Masonry. Upon receiving a back injury himself, he returned to school and earned his BA in Political Science in 1987 from Augusta State University and obtained his J.D. in 1990 from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama.
