Matthew Fink has been in practice for 7 years, having graduated from the College of Law at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2010, where he served as an editor on the Tennessee Transactions Journal. His educational background is in business and finance. Since passing the bar, Mr. Fink has practiced with several law firms and handled virtually all aspects of civil litigation. He worked for two years handling subrogation claims on behalf of insurance companies and defended personal injury claims for a year prior to that. In 2017, Mr. Fink decided to return to his roots and seek justice and fair compensation for those injured through no fault of their own.
When not in the office and court, Mr. Fink spends time with his family in Powell, and can be spotted running with his dogs or hiking in the Smokies. If he can ever find time for himself, he enjoys sitting on the back porch, picking his guitar, and watching the sunset.
