Bill was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. He graduated from the University of South Alabama with a B.A. in Political Science in 1991. He then received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1995. While there, he received the Dean’s Award and also served as President of the Law School student body.
He is admitted to practice in all Alabama State Courts and the U.S. District Court in the Southern and Middle Districts of Alabama. Bill is a member of the Mobile County Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and the South Alabama Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Mobile Area Sports Commission, where he was selected as the Commission’s first President.
Allen was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. He graduated from the University of Montevallo with a B.A. in English in 1988. He then received his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 1991.
He is admitted to practice in all Alabama State Courts and the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Alabama. Allen is a member of the Mobile County Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, Alabama Trial Lawyers Association (where he has been a member of the Board of Governors) and the South Alabama Trial Lawyers Association (where he has been a member of the Executive Committee).
Jason Steele graduated from Auburn University in 2002 with a degree B.A. in Economics. He then received his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 2007. He joined Eiland & Ritchie, LLC, in 2007, and practices in the areas of personal injury and domestic relations. Jason is a member of the Mobile County Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, Mississippi State Bar, South Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and the Alabama Association for Justice.
Russ was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from Springhill College in 1988 and went on to attend the University of Alabama School of Law where he received his law degree in 1991. While in law school, Russ was a member of the National Moot Court Team which qualified and competed in the National Competition in New York City.Russ joined the firm as a partner in January 2015 Russ is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Alabama and in the United States District Courts in the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Alabama Association for Justice, the Mobile and Baldwin County Bar Associations, Alabama State Bar and the South Alabama Trial Lawyers Association.
Russ has over 25 years of litigation experience. He spent the first seven years of his practice working for a large defense firm in Mobile where the bulk of his practice consisted of representing doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice litigation. For the last 16 years, Russ’ exclusive emphasis has been on the plaintiff’s side focusing primarily on personal injury, products liability, nursing home related claims and insurance disputes. While the bulk of his cases have been in Mobile and Baldwin counties, Russ has handled cases throughout the state. Russ feels that his past experience on the defense side gives him a unique advantage when fighting for his clients.
When he is not practicing law Russ enjoys running, coaching his daughters in basketball, and coaching the Spanish Fort High School Girls Cross Country Team. Russ has served on the Board of the Spanish Fort Education Enrichment Foundation, and currently serves on the Citrin Safety Foundation Board where he has participated in putting on the “Alive at 25” safe driving seminars to area high schools in Mobile and Baldwin County.

Robyn grew up in Florence, Alabama, and graduated from Central High School. Robyn then attended Auburn University where she was a Dean’s List student and earned a Bachelor of Science in Poultry Science. Upon graduation from Auburn University in 2007, Robyn worked as a Human Resources Management Trainee for Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation in Athens, Alabama.
Robyn then attended law school at Faulkner University, Thomas Good Jones School of Law where she graduated summa cum laude as Walter J. Knabe Scholarship recipient in 2011. Robyn was named to the Dean’s List each semester of law school, earned eight top grade awards, and was named as a Public Interest Fellow. While in law school, Robyn served as the Executive Editor of the Faulkner Law Review, as a Board Member of the Board of Advocates, and as a Senior Member of the Women’s Legal Society. During her second and third years of law school, Robyn worked as a Legal Research Assistant to Professor Chad Emerson. Robyn also worked as a law clerk for the Alabama Attorney General’s Office in both the Opinions Division and the General Civil/Administrative Division. In her third year of law school, Robyn had the privilege of serving the Honorable W. Keith Watkins of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama as a legal extern.
After graduating from law school and passing the Alabama Bar Exam, Robyn moved to Mobile, Alabama, where she accepted an associate attorney position practicing personal injury law with Jackson, Foster & Richardson, LLC. For the next two years, Robyn helped clients who were victims of automobile collisions, slip and falls, medical malpractice, fraud, defective consumer products, and defective prescription drugs. Robyn joined Gardberg, Clausen & Kemmerly, PC as an Associate Attorney in the Veteran’s Disability department in October of 2013.

Fairhope attorney James Dorgan is a graduate of Spring Hill College (’91) and Mississippi College School of Law (’95). He is admitted to the practice of law in both the State of Alabama (’96) and the State of Florida (’07).
In 1996, James opened his law office in downtown Fairhope. He enjoys living and practicing law on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay in the beautiful city of Fairhope, Alabama
For the past ten years, James has also been the Adjunct Professor of Law at Spring Hill College, in Mobile, Alabama, a Jesuit, liberal arts institution. James teaches both introductory and advanced classes of Business Law one night per week, while maintaining his full time law practice. Many of his students have gone on to law school and are practicing attorneys today.
James is married to Lauren Spear Dorgan, and they have two children.
